Relax And Maintain Your Balance

Life requires a balance.

Balance is like a set of scales. If one of these scales weight more than the other then there is an imbalance. In our last publication we talked about the consequence of lack of sleep. Here the scales where out of balance.

Balance is like a buffet table. Lets say you go to a buffet table which has all your favorite fruit. If you take a few fruit and enjoy them that is balance, but if your eyes become too big and you take too much fruit you may become constipated.

The moral of the story is to take a steak at a time rather than attempt to eat the whole cow at once.

This behavior will allow you to relax and maintain your balance.
