Learning How To Listen Can Help You Relax

Have you ever had an issue to deal with?

But you put it off and off and then finally you decide to take action. Somehow you know what to do and you go ahead and do it. However, the solution requires a number of treatments. So you have the first treatment and then you decide that the process cost too much money.

Just at that moment of thought, a friend tells you that they can get it done for less. You make an appointment and have the treatment done somewhere else.

The second treatment however is very painful while the first was pleasant and relaxing. Now you decide you can't take the pain anymore and you go back to the original person who was treating you and had cost too much.

So what is the moral of the story?

Your first thought is always the thought you take action on and not the second.

When you learn how to listen to your first thought then you can relax.
